The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller performs a wide range of record-keeping functions.

As the Clerk of the Circuit Court, we process and maintain court documents.

As the County Recorder, we maintain the County’s Official Records, which contain property records, judgments, and many other types of Official Records.

As Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners and the Comptroller, we maintain Board minutes, Value Adjustment Board records, and perform many other record-keeping functions for County Administration and the Commission.
