Circuit Civil cases involve claims for damages which exceed $50,000.00. The Clerk’s Office does not provide any paperwork for Circuit Civil cases. You will need to prepare and provide whatever documents you feel necessary for filing your case. If you have questions, or the case is complicated, you may wish to consult an attorney.
