Juvenile court records are not open to inspection by the public without a court order. Juvenile case information can only be made available to the juvenile, parent or guardian, attorney for parent or child and select government officials with valid photo identification. Case information cannot be provided over the telephone

Juvenile Delinquency crimes consist of:

Any person under the age of 18 who has allegedly committed a law violation will have a case assigned in the Juvenile Division and designated as a Delinquency case unless it is a minor criminal traffic offense. Those offenses will be addressed in the County Court division. Tobacco Citations are handled in the Traffic Division.

Juvenile Dependency crimes consist of:

  • All matters relating to any person under the age of 18 who has been abandoned, abused, neglected, surrendered for the purpose of adoption, who are persistent runaways, habitually truant or are ungovernable.

  • Personal Check (Must have Name & Address on check) –No Third Party Checks
  • Cashier’s Check
  • Debit or Credit Card- Photo ID is required (3.5% convenience fee will be charged)
  • Online payments- Must have case number (3.5 % convenience fee will be charged)

Drop Box:
The clerk’s office has a drop box for payments made after hours located in front of the Juvenile Justice Center. Please make sure you include your name and case number with your payment.

Restitution:
Restitution payments on juvenile cases are to be made at the clerk’s office within the Juvenile Justice Center. There will be a disbursement fee of $3.50 each time a restitution payment is made.
